šŸ›’ POLICY BEFORE BUYING

  1. Read the FAQ before making a purchase.
  2. Replacements will be given according to the warranty note mentioned in the product description, so please read the information carefully.
  3. We are not responsible for how you use the products sold on this shop. All products are for testing purposes only and are non-profitable.
  4. By purchasing our products, you agree not to change or edit any internal information.
  5. If we suspect any suspicious behavior with accounts, we reserve the right to place the warranty on hold or limit the number of replacements offered per month.
  6. We will only provide replacements for our own products.
  7. We reserve the right to update our terms of service without notice.
  8. Any negative remarks about our shop on public platforms will result in an instant ban, no refund, and no product delivery.
  9. If you receive a faulty product or no product at all, please contact us via the Sellpass Ticket System or our Telegram, and we will send you replacements or fix the issue.
  10. All sales are final, and no refunds are being asked.
  11. None of the products are stolen from anyone, all products are made by The Red Hand.
  12. Check the customer support options available, such as email, phone, or live chat, and make sure they are easily accessible for you in case you need help with your purchase.
  13. Understand the payment methods accepted, currency used, and the pricing policies such as taxes, shipping charges, and any additional fees.
  14. Make sure you understand the return and refund policies in case the product is faulty or does not meet your expectations.
  15. Check reviews and feedback from other customers who have purchased from us to get an idea of the product quality and customer service.

šŸ“š POLICY AFTER BUYING

  1. Warranty depending on the product
  2. A PayPal case results in blacklisting and no replacement. Instead, please contact us on Telegram.
  3. None of the accounts are cracked, and we do not support any illegal activities.
  4. Leaving negative feedback before contacting us will result in blacklisting and a ban. This means you will not receive the product and will not receive any further support.
  5. Not every login will work, but hits are still guaranteed.
  6. Always use USA proxies with a low fraud score before using our logs to prevent burning the products.
  7. Certain accounts are not delivered instantly due to security reasons. Most are though.
  8. If you are disrespectful to our support team, your ticket will be closed without an answer, and you will not receive a refund.
  9. All products on The Red Hand are virtual goods, which means that once you have purchased them, there are no refunds.
  10. If you attempt to chargeback any money or perform a similar action, we will expose all of your information as a scammer (IP address, email, etc.).
  11. Leaking any of our products or methods is forbidden and will result in further action.
  12. If you don't follow our Support Team's instructions, we may block or blacklist you.
  13. If you have been blacklisted and there is still a balance on your account, we will remove the balance from your customer account as well.

ā›”ļø REPLACEMENT POLICY

  1. If you give us a bad review before asking/contacting us for a replacement, you will not receive a replacement.
  2. To get a replacement, contact us through Telegram only.
  3. Replacements may take up to 72 hours depending on your order.
  4. We only offer replacements, not refunds.
  5. We do not provide replacements for 2FA accounts, as our bypass steps can help you get around the 2FA.
  6. We do not offer replacements for accounts that have been locked due to "too many tries" at login. Please wait for some time and try again.
  7. We do not offer replacements if your IP Fraud Score is above 0-10 (USA).
  8. We have the right to refuse to provide you with a replacement, and we are not obligated to disclose the reasons to you.
  9. We will provide replacements for non working Links/Downloadable Files.
  10. We do not provide replacements for purchases made more than 3 days ago.
  11. You need to contact us within 3-Days, to get a possible replacement.

šŸ“› COPYRIGHT POLICY

  1. Reselling without permissions is strongly forbidden (Included our Pictures, Logo, Videos etc.)
  2. We have full rights to our products and designs.
  3. Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.

šŸ”’ SECURED PAYMENTS

  1. All payments are secured by sellpass and your payment provider, such as PayPal/Crypto.
  2. We cannot review your PayPal account or anything similar.
  3. Once payment has been made, refunds are not possible (see replacement policy).
  4. All payments are fully anonymous and untraceable.
  5. If you receive an error message saying "payment couldn't be identified," please contact us via Telegram.
  6. If you pay with PayPal, make sure to use the same email as your customer account. We will only fulfill orders of $10 or higher.
  7. Leave PayPal Note blank, otherwise your funds are lost.
  8. Don't cancel the order on Crypto, wait a few Minutes / Cancel it after 8h if needed.
  9. If you attempt to chargeback money via PayPal disputes, you will lose the case and may face serious consequences.
  10. We take payment fraud very seriously and will not hesitate to expose any scammers, who try to cheat the system. You will be added to our lifetime blacklist and barred from using our website or server again.

šŸšš DELIVERY & SHIPPING

  1. All products sold on The Red Hand are digital and have instant delivery available immediately after payment. In most cases, this delivery will occur within 0-5 minutes of completing the payment process.
  2. If you are having difficulty finding the product that was delivered to you, please double-check that you have entered the correct email address. Also, be sure to check your junk or spam folder, as sometimes emails may get filtered there.
  3. To view all of your orders, simply navigate to your Customer Dashboard and click on the "Orders" tab.
  4. If you have mistakenly entered the wrong email address during your purchase, please contact us and we will send the same product to your new email address without any questions asked.
  5. Our services are available worldwide and no country is blacklisted or excluded from using The Red Hand.

`. The Red Handhas the authority to make changes to these Terms without notice, including modifying, amending, suspending, terminating, upgrading, or updating them. 2. Any updates will be shown on the Site and may be communicated to you via email.
